This P27 role’s objective is to provide great customer shopping experiences through stock restocking, merchandising, cleaning, and swift transaction processing at till points.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 or an equivalent Knowledge, Skills, and Experience

Knowledge and abilities:

• Excellent communication skills, including fluency in English (but knowledge of another language would be advantageous);
• Target-oriented, highly motivated, and tenacious

Experience: Prior retail experience would be useful

1. Deliver top-notch customer service to ensure that customers have a positive purchasing experience.

2Assist customers in finding the goods and items they need – Respond to client questions or complaints

3.Cashier responsibilities include balancing the till and processing cash and credit card payments, lay-bys, and customer refunds.

4.Merchandising – Ensure that stock is accurately priced and displayed – Ensure that products are available on the sales floor – Housekeeping – Staying up to speed with promotions

5.Risk – Participate in stock takes – Watch out for shoplifters and fraudulent activity; report any suspicious behavior to management

6.Live the Ackermans principles, policies, and processes in all facets of your work.
