The Procedures That Are Followed In Order To Recruit

Step 1

If you are interested in working on the website, this is the section where you should submit your application.

After your application has been reviewed, you will receive a phone call and an invitation to take part in an official interview as well as a testing phase. If you are successful in both of these phases, you will be offered the position. You will be taken into consideration for the post if you are successful in both of these stages.

Step 2

The First Day of the Recruiting Process

You are required to give a copy of the first page of your identity book, a curriculum vitae, proof that you are presently residing in the area, and information regarding your personal bank account (bring a bank statement or letter from the bank). In addition, you are required to provide proof that you are currently employed in the area. You will also be required to submit evidence that you are actively working in the region, as this is a requirement.

Step 3

Examinations That Are Required To Be Completed By New Employees

Before advancing to the next level, you will be required to pass an exam in order to demonstrate that you are capable of reading and doing maths at the required level. This will be done so that we can determine whether or not you are ready for the next round of the process.

Following the demonstration that you are able to successfully complete stages 1, 2, and 3, the next step is for you to participate in an interview with the relevant management at the site where the recruiting is taking place.

Step 5

Review of the Documents Containing the Criminal History

At the conclusion of your interview, you will be asked to sign a consent form in order to grant GP Retail Operations permission to conduct a background check on you.
