The Barest Minimum Necessary Requirement Is:

• An N2 qualification with all four relevant subjects for the Fitter trade is required in order to be considered for the Fitting Engineering Trade.

The appointee is expected to:

• Have a risk-based medical assessment performed at the appropriate Sibanye-Stillwater Occupational Health Care Centre to determine if you are medically fit for the role and the environment in which you will be working.

• Receive a recommendation based on the results of the interview

• Obtain a result score on the psychometric evaluation of at least 4 out of possible 10.

• Make sure to get a clearance certificate from Protection Services.

Additional Requirements are as follows:

• Applicants will be required to go through a process of interviews as well as a psychometric testing, all of which will be taken into consideration when assigning learnerships.

• There will not be a pause in the selection process in order to accommodate applicants whose screening procedure is delayed for whatever reason.
