• Is responsible for planning and organising the availability of resources in order to fulfil the requirements of the customers The individual is responsible for ensuring that the company’s assets are safeguarded against theft and damage.

• Responsible for the operation of the Guillotine, the bending press, and the rollers respectively • Is responsible for organising, scheduling, and coordinating the construction of explosives truck tanks in order to ensure that deliveries are carried out in a timely and smooth manner.

• Ensures that all administration, papers, and storage of information are kept in accordance with BME standards

• Manages stocks and ensures that continuous stock availability is maintained by ensuring that paperwork such as store stock is up to date and reconciled • Contributes to the processes of annual budgeting in a manner that is congruent with the department’s goals Qualifications: a high school diploma, a blasting ticket, a blasting assistant certificate from the Ministry of Quality Assurance, and a competent A certificate from the Ministry of Quality Assurance The experience

• Three years of supervisory experience that can be demonstrated in the workplace.

• A minimum of three years of expertise in successfully managing expenditures in a responsible capacity.

• Five years of experience that may be demonstrated as either a truck operator or a blaster (including surface mining and blasting, blast reports, and seismograph information). Obligations The individual works closely with both internal and external clients in order to evaluate their requirements and plan operations appropriately. Additionally, the individual plans and organises the availability of resources in order to fulfil the requirements of the customers.
