• Resolution of Concerns and Conflict Characteristics: clear and effective communication; the capacity to perform well under pressure; honesty and dependability; adaptability to change; the ability to take initiative and look ahead; Candidates that are successful should maintain a residence within the Emalahleni Municipal jurisdiction.
