Related experience: Minimum 3-year driving experience. 2 years must be in passenger transport. Duties: Chauffeur or shuttle clients: Securely convey clients to their destinations on time. Plan and execute the fastest path to client’s destination. Route adjustments should be shared. Maintain road safety while travelling. Travel at ambient temperature. Deal with clients professionally. Deliver goods: Deliver documents, mail, automobiles, etc. to g-FleeT stakeholders and clients.
Deliveries should be recorded. Give clients safe driving: Be defensive when driving. Increase awareness and avoid hijacking. Apply basic fire safety knowledge (First Aid, Extinguishing). Learn maps (Google). Serve Frontline Customers: Show clients respect. Relax clients. Keep your presentation tidy. Help chauffeured client with luggage. Inform clients of projected arrival time. Answer client questions politely and honestly. Advocate for g-FleeT’s services and brand. Trip records: Keep vehicle logbooks current. Finish excursions. Use good document management: Complete requisitions accurately.
Complete accident/damage/losses forms accurately. Vehicle upkeep: Before travelling, check cars for cleanliness and fuel. Report any vehicle issues that could hinder client service. Monitor licence disc renewal and validity. Maintain timely vehicle servicing schedules. Notes: Every shortlisted candidate will be vetted before hiring. Preference will go to women and disabled people.
