THE PRIMARY GOAL OF THE WORK The successful incumbent will be responsible for providing controller support in order to handle vehicle stock transactions in a timely and accurate manner. This will be accomplished through the execution of set work objectives in accordance with the standard operating procedures that have been agreed upon. 2. PERSONAL ACTIVITIES AND RELATIONSHIPS Between people Directly accountable for the following: Accountant • Principal Dealer – “Accountant” Support for controllers is being provided.
• Handle vehicles stock transactions in accordance with the work objectives that have been set and the standard operating procedures that have been agreed upon. Relationships with the following: Customers from both inside and outside the company, sales managers, the principal dealer, all employees, suppliers, and trade representatives and agents are included in this category.
• The ability to read and write at the required level of clerical literacy is required. The autoline systems have a more favourable experience.
• To have obtained instruction in the customary method of stock-keeping that is required. To make use of the equipment for stock control and location.
• To have the ability to provide consumers with service that is polite. Competencies and previous work experience
2.Two to three years of experience working in the automotive business as a Stock Controller.Competencies and Personal Characteristics
• Capabilities and areas of expertise: Communication abilities, both verbal and written, that are strong Excel skills of an intermediate level are required. o Capabilities in managing individuals that are well developed · A sound understanding of supply chain management
