Qatar Airways is seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Assistant/Driver to support our Line Maintenance Department. If you’re passionate about administrative excellence and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this role is for you!

Your Key Responsibilities

🔹 Administrative & Secretarial Support

• Manage daily office operations, coordinate activities, and handle correspondence.
• Maintain and organize confidential records and documentation.
• Draft letters, internal memos, and reports with precision.

🔹 Customer & Communication Management

• Handle inquiries professionally and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
• Assist visitors and guests, ensuring a smooth experience.
• Schedule meetings, appointments, and manage travel arrangements.

🔹 Document & Inventory Management

• Review and process incoming documents for approvals.
• Maintain an efficient filing system for manuals, sensitive correspondence, and reports.
• Monitor office and pantry supplies, ensuring timely replenishment.

🔹 Operational Efficiency

• Support purchasing of office supplies and equipment maintenance.
• Prepare meeting materials, charts, and presentations.
• Ensure smooth day-to-day office functioning.

What We’re Looking For

✔ Education & Experience:

• High school diploma with at least 1 year of relevant experience, or a bachelor’s degree with no prior experience.

✔ Skills & Competencies:

• Strong administrative and organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access).
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• A valid Qatari Driving License is a plus!
