Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated General Assistant to support our kitchen and canteen operations. This role involves assisting Cooks and Chefs, handling food preparation, operating cash registers, and ensuring a clean and hygienic environment.

Key Responsibilities

🌟 Food Preparation & Service

✔ Assist in meal preparation, especially salads and desserts.
✔ Ensure food presentation is appealing and well-stocked on the serving line.
✔ Maintain high food safety and hygiene standards.

🏆 Customer Service Excellence

✔ Provide top-tier customer service in the canteen.
✔ Address customer queries, complaints, and compliments professionally.
✔ Maintain a clean and organized dining and service area.

🏅 Hygiene & Safety Compliance

✔ Follow Company & Statutory hygiene regulations.
✔ Keep kitchen and canteen clean, tidy, and sanitized.
✔ Store and record food leftovers properly.

🔄 Stock & Shift Management

✔ Ensure stock is counted and transferred to the next shift.
✔ Train new employees when required.
✔ Attend meetings and training sessions to enhance skills.
