Are you detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about delivering top-notch service? Hyundai N1 City is looking for a Bookings Clerk to join our dynamic team!

What You’ll Be Doing:

✅ Validating vehicle data before processing documentation.
✅ Reviewing job cards and ensuring accurate costing for car shop, paint, and panel work.
✅ Processing and managing warranty claims efficiently and timeously.
✅ Ensuring secure storage and proper tagging of warranty parts.
✅ Liaising with Hyundai Automotive SA (HASA) for claim approvals and part orders.
✅ Providing excellent customer service by following up on warranty repairs.
✅ Ensuring compliance with company and manufacturer warranty policies.

What We’re Looking For:

✔️ Matric (Grade 12) qualification
✔️ 2+ years’ experience in a similar role (costing, warranty, or bookings clerk)
✔️ Strong attention to detail and accuracy
✔️ Good communication and problem-solving skills
✔️ Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
