What You’ll Be Doing

• Build a Winning Team: Recruit up to 8 high-quality insurance reps aligned with business goals.
• Empower and Train: Ensure your team is well-trained and knowledgeable in compliance and sales strategies.
• Hit the Targets: Drive your team to consistently meet and exceed insurance sales targets.
• Stay Compliant: Monitor FAIS, FICA, LTIA, and all other regulatory requirements.
• Manage Risk: Identify, address, and mitigate business risks.
• Grow the Business: Develop and expand new markets for long-term growth.

What You Need to Bring

Minimum Qualifications:

• Grade 12 (Matric)
• A recognized FSCA industry qualification
• FAIS-compliant: Fit & Proper status
• Full FAIS qualification (if appointed post-2010)
• RE5 Certificate (RE1 is an advantage)
• Clear ITC & criminal record
• Valid driver’s license, own transport, and cellphone

• Minimum of 3 years proven success in Life Assurance marketing
