What You’ll Do – Your Journey to Technician Status

As an apprentice, you’ll be actively involved in hands-on learning and development:

Attend technical and level training courses

Gain on-the-job experience repairing vehicles under supervision

Prepare for and pass MerSETA trade tests

Assist in workshop tasks, tool care, and daily operations

Learn to use manufacturer diagnostic tools and software

Path to Qualification – What You Need to Succeed

Minimum Requirements

Grade 10 with Pure Maths or Technical Maths & Science

N2 or higher qualification (with Motor Theory)

NCV Level 4 (must include Pure Maths)

For Diesel Apprenticeship: N2 must include Diesel Theory
