Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients.

Present and promote products/services using a prepared script.

Engage customers in meaningful conversations and build rapport.

Handle questions, objections, and rejections professionally.

Record detailed call information and follow-up actions.

Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Collaborate with the sales team to improve call strategies.

What We’re Looking For

Experience: At least 1 year in telephony, telesales, or customer service.

Skills: Excellent verbal communication, persuasion, and negotiation abilities.

Education: Matric (High School Diploma) is required.

Language: Proficiency in English is essential.

Tech: Basic computer literacy.

Personality: Self-motivated, target-driven, and professional under pressure.
