Key Responsibilities

Client & Business Development

Develop new business through cold calling and prospecting

Retain and grow existing client accounts

Conduct regular client visits and build lasting relationships


Sales & Performance Management

Achieve and exceed sales targets while maintaining profit margins

Prepare and present sales activity reports

Participate in strategy meetings and provide feedback


Candidate Management

Source, screen, and manage applicants

Match candidates to client needs

Ensure high-quality after-placement service and resolve any issues


Operational Support

Assist with debt collection where needed

Ensure alignment with business direction and client expectations





What We’re Looking For

Qualifications & Experience

Grade 12

Minimum of 2 years’ experience in the recruitment industry

Demonstrated success in sales and commission-based earnings


Skills & Attributes

Strong communication skills – written and verbal

Computer literate and tech-savvy

Target-driven, detail-oriented, and goal-focused

A true team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment


Additional Requirements

Own reliable transport is essential

Passion for client service and team collaboration
