About the Role:

Ligpos (Pty) Ltd, a new and dynamic security company, is hiring motivated and professional Security Officers of all levels—from entry-level guards to certified leaders. Your mission will be to protect people, property, and assets while maintaining a safe and orderly environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Safeguard property, premises, and facilities

Conduct regular patrols and monitoring

Prevent and manage security risks

Control access to and from the premises

Maintain accurate records of incidents and inspections

Coordinate with law enforcement and emergency services

Communicate effectively with clients and staff

Minimum Requirements:

PSIRA Registration (mandatory for all applicants)

Grade C qualification for entry-level roles

No prior experience needed for entry-level roles

Must have own cellphone and transport (depending on role)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

High integrity, reliability, and flexibility in work hours

Preferred Qualifications (Advantageous):

Previous security industry experience

First aid or fire safety certification

Supervisory or leadership capabilities

Computer proficiency

Valid driver’s license

Firearm competency and license

Work Conditions:

Assigned to various departments or premises

Rotational shifts, including weekends and public holidays

Role may involve physical activity and patrolling
