Key Responsibilities

Process

Clean assigned areas per company standards and OHS guidelines.

Ensure a safe, clean working environment.

Plan and manage own tasks to meet targets and follow SOPs.

Provide daily task feedback for decision-making.

Address routine issues and report unresolved problems.

Finance

Perform duties efficiently to support operational goals and minimize delays.

Client

Deliver cleaning services to meet or exceed customer expectations.

Maintain service standards to ensure client satisfaction.

Complete daily duties and attend training sessions to improve performance.

Requirements

Education

Matric (Grade 12)

Experience

1–3 years in a similar cleaning role

Attributes

Reliable and punctual

Positive attitude and professionalism during repetitive tasks
