Onboarding Support: Welcome and assist new leads during their onboarding journey.
Knowledge Base Contributor: Create and maintain helpful articles and resources in the Help Center.
Team Collaboration: Share feedback and insights with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams to improve customer experience.

Exceptional English Skills: Fluent in both speaking and writing.
Customer-First Attitude: Strong attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset.
Independence & Drive: Able to manage multiple tasks under pressure with minimal supervision.
Tech-Savvy: Quick learner, comfortable using digital tools and platforms.
Communication Rockstar: Clear, concise, and effective communicator.
Bonus Points For:
Prior customer service experience
Familiarity with eCommerce platforms
