About the Role
We are seeking a professional and discreet Executive Chauffeur Driver to join our team in Sandton. This role requires a high level of service, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt to a dynamic and demanding environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Executive Transportation
Drive executives, VIPs, and guests to various destinations including meetings, events, and airports.
Ensure timely, safe, and smooth journeys while projecting a professional image.
- Vehicle Care & Maintenance
Maintain vehicle cleanliness inside and out.
Monitor and manage regular servicing, fuelling, and safety checks.
- Route & Schedule Management
Plan efficient routes, considering traffic, weather, and special instructions.
Coordinate closely with executive assistants and leadership teams.
- Personalized Assistance
Assist passengers with luggage and personal needs during travel.
Fulfill special requests such as stocking refreshments or remaining on standby.
- Discretion & Confidentiality
Handle all assignments with the utmost confidentiality and professionalism.
Maintain privacy and security for all passengers at all times.
- Emergency Handling & Vendor Coordination
Resolve travel disruptions or emergencies calmly and effectively.
Liaise with airlines, hotels, and rental services to ensure seamless executive experiences.
- Insight & Adaptability
Stay informed on transport trends and changes that may affect travel.
Provide timely updates and suggestions to enhance trip efficiency and comfort.
Qualifications & Skills
Valid driverβs license with a clean record
Professional driving experience, ideally in executive or VIP environments
Excellent knowledge of routes in and around Gauteng
High level of discretion, reliability, and presentation
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
