Role Overview

Are you passionate about retail and customer service? Join Homechoice as a Sales Associate and play a vital role in turning showroom visitors into loyal customers. Through engaging product demonstrations and excellent service, you’ll drive sales and create a memorable shopping experience.




Key Responsibilities

1. Customer Experience & Sales

Deliver an engaging and positive customer service experience.

Convert walk-in customers into successful sales through effective product demonstrations.

Understand customer needs and exceed expectations with personalized assistance.


2. Order Processing & Account Management

Open customer accounts and manage the complete order process.

Accurately handle all required documentation and order capturing.


3. Product Knowledge & Pricing

Demonstrate strong knowledge of all products and offers.

Manage pricing discussions and highlight key product benefits.


4. Query Resolution & Payments

Address customer queries and resolve concerns promptly.

Manage payments, process refunds, and credit accounts efficiently.


5. Store Maintenance & Stock Control

Maintain a clean, organized showroom environment.

Conduct regular stock checks and ensure shelves are replenished.


6. Reporting & Administration

Complete all admin and reporting tasks on time.

Ensure accurate record-keeping and performance tracking.





Required Qualifications & Experience

Education: Grade 12 / Matric (Minimum Requirement)

Experience: At least 1 year in retail

Availability: Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays

Advantageous: Experience in homewares retail
