Your Role: What You’ll Be Doing

As a Retail Sales Assistant, you will be the face of Africology on the shop floor. Your mission is to offer exceptional customer service while maintaining store excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide outstanding customer service and drive sales

Support in-store promotions and marketing campaigns

Conduct accurate stock takes (weekly & monthly)

Perform daily administrative tasks and update store documentation

Uphold store appearance, hygiene, and safety standards

Handle transactions with care and responsibility

Maintain a polished, professional image

Fulfill ad hoc duties as assigned by Head Office

Who You Are: Skills & Experience Needed

Minimum Qualifications:

Grade 12 / Matric Certificate (essential)

Health & Skincare qualification (advantageous)

Sales/Marketing knowledge (bonus)

Experience:

3+ years retail experience, specifically in cosmetics/skincare/fragrance (required)

Previous supervisory experience is a plus

Proficient in MS Office and POS systems

Key Attributes:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Calm, solution-oriented, and professional

Organized with a sharp attention to detail
