Your Daily Impact

As a Sales Associate, your goal is to create exceptional customer experiences by:

Greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner

Demonstrating products to highlight key features and benefits

Meeting and exceeding sales targets

Managing customer accounts and ensuring accurate order processing

Handling customer queries, payments, returns, and refunds

Keeping the store clean, organized, and fully stocked

Contributing to process improvements and sharing valuable customer insights

What You’ll Need to Succeed

Minimum Qualification: Grade 12 / Matric

Experience: At least 1 year in a retail environment (homeware retail is a plus)

Availability: Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
