🎯 Key Responsibilities

🔹 Sales & Customer Service

Assist the Branch Manager in achieving loan application sales targets.

Promote and explain credit loan products to potential customers.

Guide clients through the loan application process with clarity and professionalism.


🔹 Collections & Compliance

Support the Branch Manager in setting and meeting collection goals.

Follow company procedures to action effective debt recovery strategies.

Perform follow-ups on outstanding customer loan repayments.





✅ Ideal Candidate Profile

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Target-driven and customer-focused.

Ability to follow structured procedures and instructions.

Experience in sales or financial services is a plus.
