π― Purpose of the Role

Your work will directly influence marketing strategy, customer segmentation, and long-term business success.
π Key Responsibilities
1. Data Analysis & Insight Generation
- Dive into large, complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights
- Translate data into business opportunities to support strategic growth
2. Predictive Modelling & Machine Learning
- Build predictive models that forecast customer behaviour
- Leverage ML algorithms (classification, regression, clustering) to drive smarter marketing decisions
3. Data Infrastructure & Feature Engineering
- Design and develop feature stores for streamlined model training
- Contribute to the development of scalable analytical systems
4. Strategic Decision Support
- Use data science to inform key marketing and customer engagement strategies
- Present insights clearly to stakeholders across various business units
5. Innovation & Continuous Improvement
- Identify and test new data sources
- Stay on top of emerging data science tools, technologies, and methodologies
π§ Role Requirements
Education
- Bachelor’s or Masterβs degree in:
- Statistics
- Mathematics
- Computer Science
- Engineering
- Operations Research
Experience
- 5+ years in Data Science with a focus on predictive modelling and machine learning
π» Technical Skills
- Languages: Python & SQL (strong proficiency required)
- Tools: Git, CI/CD pipelines
- Analytics & Modelling: Regression, classification, clustering, hypothesis testing
- Platforms: GCP, Hadoop, Spark
- Visualisation: Looker Studio, Power BI, or similar tools
