About the Role

Metrofile is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Financial Administrator to manage national pricing and billing processes across all Metrofile companies. You will play a critical role in ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely financial reporting. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a key function in a well-established business.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and update client-specific pricing per sales or management input.

Maintain pricing levels across Metrofile systems.

Generate quotes for permanent withdrawals, destructions, manual and standing orders.

Process credit notes and re-invoicing in line with approvals.

Ensure long-term billing is accurate and current in coordination with accountants.

Review and approve new customer accounts.

Maintain billing records in ERP and operational systems.

Produce accurate monthly financial and customer spend reports.

Drive month-end billing processes and ensure timely completion.

Assist internal and external audits, and implement necessary changes.

Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Finance to validate customer POs.

Provide support to the National Billing Manager and fellow financial administrators.

Minimum Requirements

Education: BCom in Accounting or similar qualification

Experience: At least 5 years in a financial administration role

Proficiency in Excel, Word, and written communication

Experience working across multiple ERP systems
