PPC invites applications from unemployed South African youth to join its structured 12-month development programme. This initiative aims to provide practical work exposure in key operational departments while empowering young talent with the tools to build lasting careers in the aggregates and manufacturing sectors.

Programme Locations & Available Positions

Successful applicants will be placed at the following PPC sites:

PPC Aggregates – Mooiplaas: 3 positions

PPC Aggregates – Laezonia: 1 position

PPC Rosebank Office: 1 position

Ready Mix Division: 3 positions

Ulula Ash – Kriel: 1 position

Minimum Requirements

To be considered, applicants must:

Be unemployed at the time of application

Submit a certified copy of their South African ID

Submit a certified copy of their Matric / Grade 12 Certificate

Include an updated Curriculum Vitae (CV)

Provide proof of residential address

Preferred Areas of Residence

Priority will be given to applicants living in the following areas: Johannesburg, Midrand, Katlehong, Vosloorus, Spruitview, Rietspruit, Diepsloot, Olievenhoutbosch, Laudium, Atteridgeville, Lotus Gardens, Silverton, and Kriel.
