A vacancy exists at our Empangeni Branch for a CIT (Cash-in-Transit) Driver. The primary responsibility is to safely transport Crewmen and Custodians for the collection and delivery of clients’ funds, while ensuring proper documentation and proof of service.


Minimum Requirements:

  • Clear criminal record
  • PSIRA Grade C certification
  • Valid CIT certificate
  • Firearm competency (business-purpose handgun minimum)
  • Valid Code C1 driver’s license and PDP
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in the security industry (experience within FSG is an advantage)
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Physically fit and capable of performing job duties

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accountable for the secure collection and delivery of client funds
  • Immediately report any delays to the Operations Manager
  • Prevent and report security incidents
  • Maintain constant communication via radio
  • Stay alert and act on suspicious activity
  • Perform vehicle checks and complete audit checklists
  • Drive safely and report any incidents or accidents with full documentation
