As an Administration Clerk, youβll play a vital coordination role in our logistics chain. From processing container movements and tracking stock to compiling daily reports and communicating with clients, your contribution ensures we meet our KPIs and maintain smooth operational flow.

π What Weβre Looking For
π Qualifications
Matric / Grade 12
Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
π§° Experience
2+ years in data capturing
Strong background with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or inventory software
Proven administrative experience in a warehouse/logistics environment

π οΈ Key Areas of Responsibility
ποΈ 1. Administrative Operations
Perform general administrative duties: scanning, emailing, copying, filing
Maintain both electronic and manual filing systems
Conduct accurate data entry for inventory and container movement
Process daily warehouse activities including:
Robbing & Repacking
Devanning
Receipts & Dispatching
Inventory Management
Item Creation on WMS
Participate in monthly stock takes

π 2. Client & Vendor Liaison
Liaise with Intermodal Service Providers and client logistics teams
Relay operational updates, delivery schedules, and exception alerts
Ensure effective communication between warehouse teams and customers
—
π 3. Reporting & Compliance
Compile, complete, and distribute accurate reports:
Daily EOS (End of Shift) Reports
Live Client Call-off Dashboards
Container Inventory Count Reports
Weekly Yard Verifications
Monthly Management Stats
Monitor service failures and escalate issues proactively
Ensure documentation and reporting adhere to SOPs and client expectations

Acquire and retain knowledge of container types, codes, and customer profiles
Assist with additional duties as requested by supervisors
Participate in team discussions and continuous improvement activities
