Job Overview:
This role focuses on ground operations, including dispatch, pick-up and delivery services (both domestic and international), as well as sorting, packing, and courier activities. The successful candidate will support operational functions at station and hub locations—ensuring that all procedures are carried out safely, efficiently, and on time.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute operational tasks such as sorting, dispatching, and delivery (local and international)
  • Support both station and hub activities including ramp and on-road operations
  • Ensure timely and accurate completion of assigned duties
  • Maintain safety protocols throughout all processes
  • Provide excellent customer service during pick-up and delivery interactions
