ADMINISTRATIVE CLERK – REF NO: RECRUIT 2025/415
Investigating Directorate Against Corruption
Salary: R228 321 per annum (Level 05), excluding benefits
Location: Head Office, Pretoria
Requirements:
- Grade 12 or an equivalent qualification
- Proficient in typing
- Ability to work independently and under pressure
- Must be trustworthy, dependable, tolerant, and committed
- Capable of handling confidential information with discretion
- Demonstrated ability to act with independence, professionalism, accountability, and credibility
- Strong planning and organizational abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Computer literacy, with knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Strong interpersonal and people skills
- Familiarity with general clerical procedures, data capturing, computer operations, and statistical reporting
- Understanding of the legislative framework governing the public service
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide general administrative and clerical support
- Assist with supply chain-related administrative tasks within the department
- Handle clerical duties related to personnel administration
- Support financial administrative functions within the department
