Key Responsibilities

Driving Operations

• Provide professional transport services to EXCO members and business stakeholders.
• Ensure punctuality, confidentiality, and discretion at all times.
• Communicate effectively with business and fleet management regarding operational updates.

Deliveries & Documentation

• Safely transport and deliver important documents and packages.
• Obtain required signatures and confirmations for all critical deliveries.
• Maintain accurate delivery records and ensure accountability.

Vehicle & Asset Management

• Keep the assigned vehicle clean, presentable, and roadworthy.
• Follow company vehicle policies for usage, servicing, and reporting issues.
• Conduct routine vehicle checks to ensure safety compliance.

Minimum Requirements

• Matric / Grade 12 Certificate
• Valid South African Code 8 (or higher) Driver’s License
• PDP License – Preferred
• Proven experience as a professional driver
• Clear driving record (no major infringements)
• Strong knowledge of Gauteng routes and road safety regulations
• Professional, well-groomed appearance
• No criminal record
