About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Provide a warm, personalized welcome to every customer, building rapport by remembering names, preferences, and favorite drinks.
• Prepare and serve beverages according to recipes and brand standards, ensuring every cup meets the highest quality.
• Engage customers with knowledge of coffee, tea, and beverage blends, offering recommendations and answering questions with confidence.
• Handle POS transactions accurately, process payments, and provide correct change.
• Innovate and develop new beverages in line with current market trends and menu updates.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the bar area, equipment, and utensils in compliance with food safety standards.
• Monitor product freshness, expiry dates, and equipment temperatures to ensure quality and safety.
• Manage stock levels, place store orders, and follow FIFO procedures for product rotation.
• Promote upselling opportunities to enhance guest experience and revenue.
• Communicate promptly with the Manager on Duty regarding guest feedback, complaints, or out-of-stock items.

Qualifications & Experience

• High school qualification or equivalent.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within a luxury brand, premium café, or 5-star hotel.
• Excellent command of the English language (Arabic is an advantage).
• Proven experience in coffee art and beverage design (portfolio required).
• Strong knowledge of loose-leaf teas and coffee brewing techniques.
• Ability to craft innovative, well-balanced drinks aligned with market trends.
