As an Admin Assistant, you’ll be the right hand to the Business Area Manager, helping keep everything organized, on track, and moving forward. If you’re a detail-driven multitasker who enjoys a bit of everything—from scheduling to creative input—this role is for you.




✅ What You Need to Apply

Matric (Grade 12) – Mandatory

Tertiary Qualification – Bonus!

0–2 Years of administration experience

Thrive under pressure in a fast-paced setting





📋 Key Responsibilities

🗂 Administrative Support

Manage daily schedules, appointments, and calendars

Format and prepare reports, documents, and presentations

Handle internal and external correspondence

Maintain filing systems (digital & physical)

Provide ad hoc support to the Business Area Manager


👩‍💼 Personal Assistant Duties

Coordinate internal events and meetings

Handle confidential information with care

Liaise on behalf of the manager with other departments and stakeholders


📊 Project Coordination

Support concept development for business initiatives

Draft proposals, presentations, and research documents

Track milestones and deliverables

Help run innovation sessions and contribute ideas


🧾 Business Support

Assist with reports, budgeting, and progress updates

Monitor key deadlines and follow-ups

Keep track of major departmental projects

Suggest and implement improvements in workflows
