🎯 Key Responsibilities
🛠️ Software & Application Support
Deliver expert support on company software products under guidance of the Team Leader/HOD.
Analyse software functionality and recommend optimisation improvements.
Test new version releases for both front-end and back-end performance.
👥 Client & Internal User Support
Provide professional front-end support to clients and internal departments.
Deliver user training sessions and solution optimisation guidance.
Participate in a 24/7 support roster, ensuring seamless customer experience.
🧪 Troubleshooting & Collaboration
Identify root causes of errors and report findings to stakeholders.
Work closely with development, IT, and technical teams to enhance performance.
Maintain service levels as per client agreements and expectations.
📝 Documentation & Performance Monitoring
Keep records of configuration changes and scheduled updates.
Document processes and track application performance metrics.

🎓 Qualifications & Experience
✅ Minimum Requirements
Grade 12 (Matric)
Information Technology background
Application support experience
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
💡 Preferred Qualifications
Relevant technical certificate or degree
Experience in software testing, configuration, and client training
Excellent communication and client relationship skills
