🎯 Key Responsibilities

📞 Customer Support & Engagement

Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls

Understand and respond to customer needs, queries, and complaints with empathy and efficiency


💬 Sales Support

Promote and sell Umsuka products

Assist clients with completing application forms telephonically


🧩 Problem Solving & Troubleshooting

Guide users through technical issues and app navigation

Offer calm and patient support to de-escalate challenging situations


🔄 Communication & Coordination

Take accurate messages and redirect them to the appropriate team members





✅ What We’re Looking For

Matric certificate (or equivalent)

Experience in a call centre or customer service role (advantageous)

Excellent verbal and written communication

Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools

Willingness to work flexible shifts (evenings, weekends, holidays)
