✅ Minimum Requirements

Matric / Grade 12 (Compulsory)

4+ years’ experience in a call centre or financial services environment as a manager

Background in banking recoveries and platform usage

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)

Clear criminal and credit record

Excellent command of English (multilingual is a bonus)

Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays





💡 Preferred Technical Experience

Excalibur 4 (including admin functions)

Calibi, Rocketmailer, FICO, ABSA recoveries systems

Advanced Excel skills: Pivot tables, sorting, formulas

Experience with tools like Freshdesk





🎯 Key Responsibilities

Lead, manage, and develop a team of call centre agents

Drive inbound and outbound recovery campaigns

Analyze book data and campaign performance

Design and implement collection strategies and workflows

Conduct performance discussions and coach staff

Manage rosters, leave approvals, and productivity tracking

Report on key metrics (calls, emails, SMS campaigns)

Interpret client KPIs and convert them into actionable goals
