Role Purpose

As a Cash Specialist, you will drive the sales of physical cash solutions to new and existing Business Banking and Enterprise customers. Your goal is to acquire new business, switch clients from competitor banks, and deliver exceptional relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales and Revenue Growth

Identify customer needs and sell tailored physical cash solutions.

Meet and exceed sales, revenue, and acquisition targets.

Implement individual and regional sales plans aligned with strategic goals.

Generate leads via cold calling, referrals, and internal business partners.

2. Sales Execution

Execute sales campaigns and action all sales leads within SLA.

Negotiate pricing and finalize agreements.

Monitor competitor offerings and market trends to remain competitive.

Analyze sales performance and suggest improvements.

3. Relationship Management

Strengthen stakeholder relationships across the business.

Manage high-value customer relationships.

Collaborate with internal teams (Business Bank, Enterprise) to support sales growth.

Provide feedback and performance reports to management.

4. Customer Experience

Ensure seamless onboarding and migration of new clients.

Resolve complaints swiftly in line with Treating Customers Fairly (TCF) principles.

Uphold service quality and ensure customer satisfaction through value-driven solutions.

5. Risk and Compliance

Work with the Risk and Control Assurance team to maintain compliance.

Complete all required attestations and compliance training.

Adhere to internal control and risk mitigation practices.

Qualifications & Experience

Required:

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Commerce, or Management (NQF Level 7)

Minimum 3 years in a client-facing role within the commercial or financial sector

Valid driver’s license (extensive regional travel required)

Preferred:

3 years of relationship management experience in financial services
