What You’ll Do
As a Cashier and Customer Service Assistant, your role is key in ensuring each customer leaves with a smile. You will:
Serve a variety of freshly made confectionery products
Accurately process sales transactions
Take and record event cake orders
Prepare and pack customer purchases
Resolve customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism
What We’re Looking For
You could be the perfect fit if you have:
Experience: 2+ years in customer service or cashier roles
Education: Matric certificate (required)
Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Accuracy in cash handling
Problem-solving ability
Honest, trustworthy, and reliable
A positive, customer-first attitude
Willingness to help wherever needed
Additional Requirements
Must be a South African citizen
Reside close to Jubilee Mall for easy commuting
