Your Role at a Glance

As a Receiving and Despatch Clerk, you’ll play a vital role in managing inventory flow, ensuring accuracy, and keeping our supply chain moving smoothly. If you’re detail-oriented and passionate about logistics, this opportunity is for you!




Key Responsibilities

Inventory & Stock Control

Manage work in progress

Perform stock reconciliations and inventory checks

Maintain high levels of stock accuracy


Logistics & Operations

Receive and dispatch products efficiently

Track all inbound and outbound deliveries

Handle consolidation and workflow coordination


Administrative & System Functions

Manage invoicing and reporting

Operate systems like Styleman and Sync for tag printing and data management

Handle various administrative tasks related to logistics





What You’ll Need

Minimum Requirements

Matric / Grade 12 or equivalent

Experience in Inbound & Outbound Supply Chain

Strong Excel skills and general computer literacy

Background in stock takes or inventory management

South African Sign Language (SASL) ability is a strong advantage





Key Competencies

Exceptional attention to detail

Leadership potential and ability to work independently

Solid communication skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
