Coca-Cola Beverages Africa is looking for a Driver Trainer to join our logistics team! Reporting to the Asset Care Manager, this role is essential in developing and improving driver skills while ensuring compliance with NTSA, OSHA, and NOSA regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Driver Capability Development: Assess, train, and test company drivers
✅ Training & Compliance: Develop annual training plans and ensure regulatory compliance
✅ Safety & Performance: Support driver safety programs and implement best practices
✅ Evaluation & Reporting: Prepare training reports and assess effectiveness
✅ Recognition & Development: Implement driver recognition and coaching programs

What You Need to Succeed:

✔ Education: Grade 12 qualification
✔ Experience: 5+ years in transport & logistics
✔ License: Valid Code CE Driver’s License
✔ Skills: Strong planning, coaching, and analytical skills
✔ Tech Knowledge: Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
✔ Soft Skills: Resilient, energetic, and team-oriented
✔ Language: English proficiency (Indigenous language is an advantage)
✔ Bonus: Code BE driver’s license
