📌 About the Role
We’re looking for a reliable, experienced Code 8 Driver to join a busy automotive repair and maintenance workshop in Pretoria. The ideal candidate will transport clients, collect parts, and ensure a professional driving service.
✅ Candidate Profile: Who We’re Looking For
- Friendly and well-presented male with sober habits
- Valid Code 8 driver’s license + PDP (Public Driving Permit) – Strictly required
- 3–5 years solid driving experience in a similar role
- Excellent knowledge of Pretoria and Johannesburg routes
- Accident-free driving record
- Client transport experience is a strong advantage
🚫 What Will Disqualify You
- Unstable employment history (frequent job changes or long unexplained gaps)
- No contactable references
- Any previous termination for misconduct or poor performance
- Residing outside of Pretoria or far from Silverton
🕒 Working Hours
- Monday to Friday: 07:00 – 17:00
- Saturday: 08:00 – 13:00
🚗 Key Responsibilities
- Safely transport clients to and from the workshop
- Collect automotive parts from various suppliers
- Maintain vehicle cleanliness and basic upkeep
- Provide friendly, efficient, and punctual driving services
