Your Role and Responsibilities
As a Customer Care Advisor, you will be the voice of our brand, ensuring every customer interaction is handled with care and professionalism. Your responsibilities will include:
Building and managing strong customer relationships
Providing accurate product and service information
Solving problems efficiently during your shift
Handling and resolving customer queries with full accountability
