Key Responsibilities:
Contacting clients with outstanding debts and negotiating payment arrangements
Maintaining accurate records of communication and payment commitments
Achieving daily and monthly collection targets
Providing excellent customer service while ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations

Minimum Requirements:
Matric (Grade 12) Certificate
1 – 3 years of call centre experience, preferably in debt collection
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
Must reside in Pretoria

What We Offer:
Competitive monthly salary: R5,000 – R6,500 (commensurate with experience)

Working hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 16:30
