About the Role
Qatar Airways is pleased to offer an exciting opportunity to join our Flight Operations team as a Driver / Messenger, based in Doha, Qatar.
In this role, you will represent Qatar Airways professionally as an official chauffeur — engaging with government offices, ministries, embassies, airlines, and other key partners. You will ensure timely and secure delivery and collection of departmental documents and materials while maintaining the highest levels of confidentiality, safety, and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely transport documents and packages to various destinations within set timelines.
- Demonstrate a courteous and professional demeanor while interacting with senior executives, visitors, and officials.
- Maintain strict confidentiality when handling sensitive documents and information.
- Be available beyond regular working hours, including weekends or overnight, when required.
- Conduct pre-trip inspections and maintain accurate driver logs and mileage records.
- Familiarize yourself with drop-off locations and conditions to ensure punctual and safe arrivals.
- Adhere to all government safety and traffic regulations.
- Represent Qatar Airways through a polished appearance, responsible driving, and a service-first attitude.
About You
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- High School qualifications or equivalent, with a minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience.
- Previous experience as an Office or Database Administrator will be an advantage.
- Basic computer literacy (MS Office / Outlook); ability to learn simple Oracle processes.
- Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
- The ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks under pressure.
- A professional attitude with the ability to interact confidently with high-level stakeholders.
- Fluency in English (spoken and written).
- A valid Qatar driving license and knowledge of local traffic laws.
