Overview of the Position In addition to ensuring that each and every renter receives a car that is on time and satisfies our quality and safety requirements, the aim of this position is to provide customer service that is both efficient and friendly. Responsibilities that are specific to the role Job Outputs:
• The interior and outside of the vehicle will be cleaned to our impeccable standards.
• Vehicle quality check, including identification and reporting of expired licence vehicles and any other issue that does not conform to our quality standards. The process of refuelling automobiles, testing the pressure of the tyres, and monitoring the oil, water, and other fluids after each rental.
• Providing vehicles to consumers in accordance with the procedures that we have established.
