Overview
Exxaro is offering a dynamic 24-month internship opportunity within the People and Performance Development (HRD) division at the Exxaro Corporate Centre (The ConneXXion). This program is designed to provide hands-on experience and professional development in HRD, particularly in aligning human resource strategies with business objectives.
Key Requirements
- Qualifications:
- National Diploma/B Tech/B Com in Human Resource Development, Human Resource Management, or ETDP Level 5 with a Technical Qualification.
- General:
- Valid driver’s license.
- Conditions:
- Must pass the selection process, interviews, psychometric assessments, and a medical fitness certificate.
What You Will Do
- Primary Responsibilities:
- Enhance personal performance aligned with the company’s training program.
- Abide by Exxaro’s company rules and regulations.
- Development Focus:
- Gain exposure to HRD processes and performance management strategies.
What We Offer
- Duration:
- 24-month internship contract.
- Stipend Allowance:
- A monthly stipend will be provided throughout the duration of the internship.
- Transport:
- Candidates are responsible for their own transport to and from work. Company transport may be available depending on the business unit.

Preference will be given to candidates residing in communities surrounding Centurion, Gauteng.
