Fidelity ADT is seeking qualified and dedicated Fire Fighters to join our Western Cape team. This role is crucial in safeguarding lives and property by responding to fire-related emergencies, providing rescue services, and ensuring fire prevention standards are upheld across our client base.

Key Responsibilities
- Respond to fires, rescues, hazardous incidents, and humanitarian emergencies.
- Provide emergency medical care, including resuscitation and first aid.
- Operate and maintain specialised firefighting vehicles and equipment.
- Conduct fire safety inspections, prevention activities, and training drills.
- Support colleagues with fitness and skills training exercises.
- Ensure strict compliance with Occupational Health & Safety standards.
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and incident logs.
- Assist in educating employees and clients on fire safety practices.
Requirements
- Grade 12 (Matric) minimum.
- IFSAC Accredited & NFPA 1001 Firefighter II certification.
- 2–3 years’ firefighting experience (essential).
- Valid C1 driver’s licence with PrDP (advanced driving an advantage).
- Physically and medically fit.
- Hazmat knowledge and experience (essential).
- First Aid Level 1–3, EMT, or Basic Ambulance Attendant certification.
- Strong knowledge of fire prevention procedures and firefighting systems.
- Clear criminal record.
