🚗 Fleet Assistant – Benoni Branch
Reports to: Fleet Manager
Location: Benoni, South Africa
Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes? Fidelity Services Group is looking for a Fleet Assistant to support the operational efficiency of our vehicle fleet across branches.
🔍 What You’ll Do:
- Maintain an organised filing and document management system (including archiving)
- Provide vital administrative support to the Fleet Manager and Branch Manager
- Track and manage daily, weekly, and monthly reports
- Oversee Capex and asset requirements
- Assist in vehicle maintenance control and coordination
- Handle accident investigations and documentation submission within required timeframes
- Manage quotations, orders, invoices, and payment follow-ups with Head Office
- Assist with general office admin and fleet-related enquiries
✅ Minimum Requirements:
- Matric (Grade 12) or equivalent
- At least 2 years of administrative experience
- Previous fleet assistant experience will be an advantage
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Clear criminal record
- Excellent communication and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and under pressure
- Willingness to work extended hours when necessary
