🔧 About the Role
Tsebo Facilities Solutions is on the lookout for a skilled and proactive Handyman to handle day-to-day repairs, preventative maintenance, and technical support across various building systems. If you’re multi-skilled with a can-do attitude, we want you on our team!
As part of Africa’s leading Integrated Workplace Management Solutions Provider, you’ll be contributing to high standards of service delivery across plumbing, carpentry, electricals, fittings, and general building maintenance.
🏗️ Key Responsibilities
- Perform reactive and preventative maintenance on building systems and equipment
- Repair and maintain lighting, plumbing, carpentry, electricals, furniture, and fittings
- Conduct daily/weekly/monthly site inspections
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Complete and submit job cards accurately
- Log maintenance issues proactively via Helpdesk
- Comply with OHS regulations and Tsebo’s SHEQ policies
- Support ad hoc duties as directed by management

- Excellent communication (verbal & written)
- Good time management and self-organisation
- Presentable, punctual, and reliable
- Skilled in multiple trades: woodwork, plumbing, electricals, building, etc.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure
🎓 Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 or equivalent (NQF Level 4)
- 2–5 years of experience in general building maintenance
- Solid knowledge of hand and power tools
- Familiarity with safety procedures and building inspections
