Salary: R6,000 – R7,000 per month
(Probation: R6,000/month for 3 months, possible increase to R8,000 thereafter)

Position Overview
We are currently seeking a Hospitality Assistant to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about guest service, eager to learn, and ready to contribute to the daily operations of a busy guesthouse.
Minimum Requirements
Non-smoker
Valid Driver’s License & Own Transport
Reside in Pretoria or Centurion area
Minimum 1 Year Experience in a Guesthouse or Hotel environment
Relevant Hospitality Qualification (Certificate or higher)
Key Responsibilities
Handling bookings and reservations
Responding to guest inquiries via email and phone
Assisting with guest check-ins and check-outs (including late arrivals)
Supporting the General Manager with daily operations
Providing excellent guest service
Performing administrative tasks and using basic computer skills
Working scheduled shifts with the General Manager
Shift Details
Morning Shift: 05:30 – 14:00
Afternoon Shift: 14:00 – 21:00 (subject to change for late check-ins)
