Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Housekeeping Support
Assist housekeeping staff in cleaning rooms and common areas.
Perform tasks like vacuuming, dusting, mopping, and restocking amenities.
- Public Areas Maintenance
Maintain spotless lobbies, hallways, and lounges.
Regularly inspect public spaces for any issues or cleaning needs.
- Event Setup & Support
Help with arranging and dismantling event setups.
Coordinate with the events team for smooth operation.
- Guest Interaction & Service
Respond promptly and kindly to guest requests.
Help with extra amenities, special room setups, or directions.
- Waste Management
Ensure trash is disposed of properly and areas are kept tidy.
Recycle where possible and follow eco-friendly practices.
- Linen & Inventory Control
Monitor linen stock levels and restocking needs.
Coordinate with laundry services for supply flow.
- Team Collaboration
Work with maintenance, housekeeping, and front desk to ensure top guest satisfaction.
